1. How does ExpressBux give away free money?
ExpressBux is partners with well-known advertisers such as Blockbuster, Bank of America, and True.com who pay us for referring new customers like you and your friends to try their online offers. We, in turn, share our profits with you for completing offers.
2. I do not have a credit card. Can I still sign up?
Yes, anyone can create an account one of our two ExpressBux websites, but, the majority of high-paying offers call for a credit card to be used.
3. How can I trust these sites with my credit card?
We select our advertisers manually. We ensure that our advertisers have a secure website, and that they are registered to accept credit card information over the web. If you are still concerned, obtain a Visa gift card. ExpressBux will never see your credit card information, as the advertiser only provides ExpressBux with your Member ID, so that your account can be credited.
4. How long will it take before I receive credit for completing an offer?
It varies from offer to offer. For some offers, you will receive credit instantly. Some may take 12-24 hours, while others may take 2-3 weeks. On the “Offers” forum, each offer’s reporting time is provided.
5. I did not get credit for my completed offer. What should I do?
Please allow 7-14 days for the credit to be applied to your account. On occasion our advertisers experience heavy traffic, and, as a result, they need to manually approve each transaction that failed to report/record on time.
6. I have more questions that are not listed in the FAQ. What should I do?

7. When do you approve accounts and send the money?
We approve accounts daily, but prizes are sent out around the 15th of every month. Please read the latest news regarding payouts for the current payout schedule. We should begin paying weekly soon.
8. Can I have more than one account?
Sorry, you can only have one account per household.
9. How many times can I order?
That’s up to you! How many referrals can you get? You can order as many times as you would like.
Make sure you create a new *unrefered* account and complete offers to full completion for every order and make sure you let us know via a support ticket.
10. Can I sign up from a public area?
We do not recommend this because if another person signs up from the same IP address, you account may be placed on hold.
11. Can I refer family members or people in the same household?
Sorry, only one account per household/IP Address.
